Email hello@basildesign.co with the email address of your Sextant account and, for a site, its domain. A person from the Sextant team answers by email. Report security problems to the same address with “Security” in the subject.

Common questions

I did not get a sign-in link

Check the spam folder, then ask for a new link on the sign-in page. A link works once and expires after 15 minutes. You can also continue with Google.

How do I connect my AI (Claude, ChatGPT and others)?

See Use Sextant with your AI. In short: add Sextant as a connector with the address https://app.sextantweb.com/mcp, sign in, and approve the access.

How do I disconnect my AI?

Remove the Sextant connector in your AI app. API keys you made for other tools stop at once when you revoke them on API & AI agents.

How do I disconnect Google?

In the site, open Settings › Integrations and choose Disconnect. To remove imported Google Analytics data, undo the import on Settings › Import data. You can also remove Sextant’s access in your Google Account.

How do I delete my data?

Owners delete a site on its Data and deletion page, and you delete your account on your profile. The privacy policy says what we keep and for how long.
